Having good support is important and gives peace of mind that your online business is always working. Get the WooCommerce maintenance below from BlueWebAsia's Web Studio at USD 69. (Billed in your local currency). If you have smaller needs such as a basic Wordpress site, we have a package at 45 USD.

If you have technical problems that can't be solved within the agreement you can get extra support at USD 36/hour - 10% discount off our normal rate, after your second month of using the service.
Your site is updated once a month. We check there is a fresh back up and check all compabilities if there are any that might influence the update process. Security is always updated.
If there are no issues you can choose to convert the included fixing time to smaller update tasks, for example replacing images or text. Or keep it in reserve.
If an update breaks the website and we can not fix it within the allocated time, it will be rolled back to last back-up, and then we discuss next steps with you.
1 hour of bug fixing is already included. Many minor issues can be fixed within the time of a good cup of coffee. Custom themes might create issues and require more time.
Start by contacting our web studio. We will ask for your log-in details and check your site.
These packages are for most standard sites. If you have a bigger business website this package might not be the right one for you. You might need things like a staging site, hacking/virus protection, Cloudflare etc. Please contact us about the possibilities and let us hear about your requirements.
We will send you an invoice by email around the 15 th. each month. Here you can pay for next month in advance with your Credit/Debit card in your local currency.
We usually run our update schedules the last week of the month.
If you don't want to continue, simply inform us before we send an invoice.
It is not recommended to jump in and out of a maintenance schedule on a important live site. Stop if you think you found a better solution for your regular maintenance.
